We provide professional computer systems design and integration services including custom design, system integration, technical consulting, maintenance, software development, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services.
You must be at least 18 years old. When registering, provide accurate information and maintain account security.
You agree to comply with all laws, use services lawfully, not interfere with our systems, not transmit harmful code, and respect intellectual property rights.
All content is our exclusive property. We grant you a limited license to use our services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content without authorization.
Professional services are governed by separate agreements detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Clients must provide timely access to resources and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Fees are specified in service agreements in CNY. Payment terms apply, late payments incur interest, and we may suspend services for non-payment. All fees exclude taxes.
We warrant professional service delivery. Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific results.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of services, violation of Terms, or violation of laws.
Both parties must maintain confidentiality of information, use it only for service purposes, and not disclose to third parties without consent.
Either party may terminate services. Upon termination, you must pay outstanding fees and cease using our services.
These Terms are governed by Chinese law. Disputes are subject to Guangzhou courts jurisdiction or CIETAC arbitration.
Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or strikes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions are severable. No waiver of terms. Assignment requires consent. English version prevails in case of discrepancy.
